Babette Epaulette "Shoulder Jewelry": Would You Wear It?

Shoulders have been enjoying some serious limelight for a few seasons now--asymmetrical necklines were everywhere at the SAGs and Golden Globes; labels like Balmain and Givenchy have made peak-sleeved blazers all the rage; and even our First Lady loves showing hers off--so the invention of "shoulder jewelry" is the next natural step, right?



Celebrity stylist Seville Michelle Anastos was working with a well-known pop star when she got the idea for Babette Epaulette borse ferragamo, a line of "shoulder jewelry" meant to adorn the most of-the-moment part of your bod (she won't reveal the name of the starlet, but she counts Madonna, Beyonce, and Lady Gaga among her muses). The pieces aren't for prim and proper little ladies--they're made from chains adorned with leather mulberry väskor outlet, spikes, fringe belstaff jacken outlet, and feathers, and have names like "Harlots and Scarlets" and "Cigarettes and Eyeliner." Anastos says, "I've always created looks for myself that were not available in stores, that garnered attention. I'll always create accessories that will turn eyes and excite an outfit 333333, giving it an added yum quality."
Babette Epaulettes can be worn against bare skin or over any top, jacket billige gucci tasker, cardigan or blazer. And Anastos has a few styling tips to make them easier to wear: "I love the fringe over bare skin," she says. "The feathers are best served over a light blouse, and stay away from large earrings--or any at all."

And Anastos has plans for even more quirky accessories--up next, she's expanding with what she calls "removable fringe eyewear slides"--she says they "accessorize any pair of shades.
