用料：
　　1、带皮五花肉一斤；
　　2、鹌鹑蛋三十个；
　　3、冰糖两大匙（约半两）,franklin et marshall；
　　4、老姜一块,louboutin pas cher；
　　5、八角两玫,burberry pas cher；
　　6、花椒一小匙；
　　7、桂皮两小块,piumini moncler；
　　8、干辣椒四个；
　　9、香葱四、五棵；
　　10、酱油半汤勺；
　　11、料酒两大匙；
　　12、盐适量,louboutin。

做法：
　　1、将鹌鹑蛋清净后下冷水锅中加盖煮沸，关火后闷五分钟以上。

2、五花肉放温水锅中用大火烧沸，改中火煮两分钟以去血沫。

3、五花肉捞出后切成约一厘米见方的块（可依个人喜欢的大小切块）；鹌鹑蛋取出后用凉水浸泡约五分钟后去壳，用厨房用纸拭干水分；老姜拍破；香葱切成两段；
干辣切段。

4、锅中放油烧至五成热，下鹌鹑蛋用中小火慢炸。

　5、炸呈金黄色时捞出沥干油分。

6、锅中留约半汤勺油用微火烧至温热，下冰糖慢慢翻炒。

7、炒至锅中烟雾缭绕糖呈焦黄色,franklin marshall。

8、倒入五花肉后立即关火，快速翻动肉块使之均匀地裹上糖色。

9、加约三斤汤或水（如果锅小可以分成几次加,moncler，但在中途加水时一定要是沸水）,moncler，开大火烧沸后放入老姜、八角、花椒、桂皮、干辣椒、香葱、酱油、料酒，加盖后改小火慢烧,louboutin。

10、烧半小时后下鹌鹑蛋、盐，用大火烧沸后改小火慢烧约一小时。

11、当汤汁将干时改大火收汁。

12、收干汤汁后关火,burberry，捡去葱、姜、八角、桂皮不要，将鹌鹑蛋摆放在盘子周围，再把肉盛进盘中即成。
